HW-00 / How it works

Give us the mess. The model forms. You run.

You don't organize your data for us. You hand over what you have. Documents, emails, SOPs, client notes, whatever is scattered across your tools, and we harvest it, build the model, and render it back to you within a week. You verify what's right, correct what's wrong, and then the Grid works from that model every day forward.

HW-01 The Seeding Protocol

Four steps from intake to operation.

Most software asks you to set it up first. We don't. You give us the raw material. The structure comes out the other side.

01 / Give us the mess

Harvest phase

Send us what you have in whatever state it's in. SOPs that live in a shared drive no one updates. Client notes in an inbox you haven't touched in months. Contracts, proposals, credentials scattered across tools. You don't organize it. You don't label it. You give us access and we do the work.

02 / See it rendered back

Model formation

Within a week, your business model forms. Clients, workflows, standing rules, recurring decisions, the things that are true about how your firm operates. We render it back to you in the Surface so you can see it clearly, probably for the first time. You verify what's right. You correct what's wrong. You own what comes out.

03 / Run

Queue and trail

Once the model is confirmed, the Grid prepares work continuously from it. When something needs your attention it appears in the Queue, assembled, evidenced, ready for a decision. You approve or decline. Both outcomes are recorded with equal weight. The trail builds with every action you take.

04 / Own

Sovereignty and portability

The Vault indexes everything the Grid has ever touched. Every document, decision, agent output, and approval trail. It runs under your rules, in your formats, on infrastructure you choose. If you ever leave, you take it with you. The model is yours. It was always yours.

HW-02 The Queue

Work arrives assembled. You decide what moves.

How the Queue works

Finished work, not raw inputs

Every item in the Queue was assembled by the Grid before it reached you. Context gathered, drafts written, standing rules checked, evidence attached. You see the finished output and the reasoning behind it. Not a prompt asking you to do the work yourself.

You approve or decline. Either way, the outcome is recorded with a timestamp, your identity, and the full context that preceded the decision. Nothing disappears. Patterns accumulate. Over time the model learns what you approve and what you don't, and the Queue gets sharper.

HW-03 ArcFlow

Repeatable work runs automatically.

Workflow engine

Flows, not manual assembly

ArcFlow handles the work that follows a pattern: intake processing, follow-up sequences, report generation, data routing, handoffs between team members. Twenty-two built node types cover triggers, conditions, approval gates, schedulers, webhooks, LLM calls, and secrets management. Every execution is recorded in the run log with full input and output visible, and any run can be replayed directly from the canvas.

You don't build flows from scratch. The Seeding Protocol surfaces the workflows already embedded in how your firm operates. ArcFlow formalizes them. You review the logic, approve it, and it runs. If it fails, you see why. If it drifts, you correct it. Nothing runs silently.

HW-04 The commitment

Control stays with you throughout.

Nothing runs until you've seen the model and confirmed it's yours. The Seeding Protocol ends with your sign-off. Not ours. The Grid does not go live against your operations until you have reviewed the rendered model and explicitly approved it. That approval is recorded. It is the first entry in your trail.
