Each piece is distinct and purposeful. Together they replace the collection of tools your firm currently patches together to get the same result.
Where work happens
The Surface is the operating platform for your firm. Work arrives in the Queue already assembled, decisions get made and recorded, your team coordinates, and time gets tracked, all in one environment. Nothing is built on top of something else. It is the whole environment.
Where memory lives
The Vault is sovereign storage for everything that matters: client records, credentials, documents, templates, and the structured knowledge your firm has accumulated. It is yours by default, portable if you leave, and never shared across tenants. The Vault is what makes the rest of the system accurate, because accuracy requires memory.
The preparation engine
The Grid is the layer of specialist agents that do the assembly work before a human has to ask. It reads your context from the Vault, watches your engagements on the Surface, drafts outputs, checks standing rules, and stages decisions in the Queue. The Grid prepares. You judge.
We build the model once.
Every output ArcGrid produces is a projection of the business model you built at onboarding. You explain your firm once. After that, you stop explaining.

At onboarding, you give ArcGrid the context that defines your firm: who your clients are, what you deliver, how you price, what your standards are, and how your team works. That context becomes your business model in the Vault. From that point forward, when the Grid assembles a proposal, a report, a status update, or a client communication, it draws from the model rather than asking you to re-explain the context every time.
Other tools require you to re-enter context on every task, every session, every new document. ArcGrid does not. The model is persistent, version-controlled, and referenced automatically. The longer you use the system, the more accurate its projections become.
Three things it isn't.
Clarity about what ArcGrid is not is part of understanding what it is.
- Not a PM tool ArcGrid is not a project manager or task tracker. Projects exist on The Surface because work needs a home, not because we are building a better Monday.com. The differentiator is the preparation layer: work arrives in the Queue already assembled. A task manager puts work in front of you and leaves assembly to you. ArcGrid does not.
- Not another SaaS ArcGrid is not another subscription you pay and forget. It runs managed on our infrastructure or sovereign on yours. Your data is yours. If you leave, you take the Vault with you. There is no lock-in enforced by data hostage.
- Not a chatbot ArcGrid is not a wrapper around a large language model. The Grid is a fleet of specialist agents with defined roles, standing rules, and authority limits. Nothing is executed autonomously. Every action that affects your business crosses a human gate in the Queue before it moves. The Grid prepares. You authorize.
What you will have.
